Hi everyone! My name is Noura, and fitness has always been a part of my life since I started CrossFit Kids; being in a gym has always felt like a second home to me. Growing up, I played a few sports and stayed active through CrossFit, and I've always loved the sense of community and family it has brought with it! I'm currently a student at the University of Georgia. When I'm not studying at UGA or working out, you can usually find me reading, travelling, hanging with family and friends, or trying something new. I'm so excited to meet everyone at Triad and be that friendly face you see when you walk in!
