Over 10 years experience as a precision nutrition certified coach. I have been overweight, underweight, lost fat, gained muscle, and maintained a healthy weight.


I have been through a lot of different phases. This helps me understand a little more about where my clients are coming from and the journey they are about to take.


My intention is to create a sustainable approach to your nutrition by balancing eating the foods you love, enjoying a social life with friends/family, and also keeping your goals in mind.

Program includes:

  • Clients receive a customized nutrition plan based on factors such as their dieting history, lifestyle factors, and goals.


  • Feedback will be provided 1x/week through an in-person check in or phone call.


  • The focus will be on more than just food. We look at things such as sleep, stress, hydration, energy levels, and more.


  • The intention is to create a sustainable approach to your nutrition by balancing eating the foods you love, enjoying a social life with friends/family, and also keeping your goals in mind.

I’m Ava, and I’m so excited to officially offer my services to Triad Training! With a master’s degree in nutrition and experience as a personal trainer, my mission is to help you feel more confident in your body, your habits, and your health—without restriction, guilt, or confusion.


Whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up your routine, I’m here to meet you where you are and walk with you every step of the way. I’ve designed three options for support: nutrition coaching, custom workout programming, and personal training.


Each service is built to prioritize sustainability, motivation, and real-life results. I can’t wait to work with you!
